Senior Project Manager (Commercial High-Rise)

Key Requirements:

  • ✓Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management (COREN registered mandatory)
  • ✓Demonstrated track record delivering commercial or mixed-use towers >₦4 Billion from piling to CPC
  • ✓Proficient in FMWH General Conditions and FIDIC contract administration, variation defense, and EOT claim documentation

Engineering Design Office

  • ✓B.Eng (Civil/Structural) accredited by COREN and Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE)

Key Requirements:

  • ✓Degree in Quantity Surveying (NIQS / QSRBN accredited)
